About Me
My background is as an artist where I enjoyed performing cabaret, comedy and writing original plays. I’ve also directed and produced theatre. I just wrote my first feature film. My other hat is that I facilitate Women’s River Retreats in my home town of Blackwood.

I’ve officiated at over 900 weddings – and all of them have had their own style and tone. Just like you do. A perfect ceremony is creative, personal and well presented.

For funerals or farewell ceremonies I can act as a consultant as well as a celebrant. I can hold your hand all the way through and share my expertise.

- Professional and elegant delivery of the ceremony on the day

Pricing:
$450: Ceremony Booking Fee, NOIM & Consult/Meeting
This fee includes, the lodging of the NOIM to the celebrant, being uploaded onto BDM portal, the confirmation of the date and time, wedding resources sent and discussed, Wedding meeting and consult around 1.5 hours conducted in person or online.

$350: Ceremony Copy and unlimited drafts
This fee includes the writing of multiple drafts of the ceremony, feedback on drafts and final copy of approved draft of ceremony to be read on the day of the ceremony.

$450: Ceremony Delivery and Registration of Marriage to BDM
This fee includes quality delivery of the Ceremony on the day, legal components and certificates and marriage registration to Births, Deaths and Marriages.

$1250: Total

Funerals and Memorials

Ceremony:
I give a funeral ceremony the attention it deserves.
Every funeral ceremony should be different; for one person is different from the next.
My first approach is to listen to you, the next step is to learn about the person for whom I’m preparing the ceremony. This takes time. You have choices, and I can explain them to you.
A quality, personalised ceremony on average takes me 15-20 hours to put together deliver.
Some funeral rites of passage include a eulogy and burial. Others are celebrated in parks, venues or any space that reflects the person to whom you are paying tribute.
Most of the feedback I get is that I’m professional, high quality, approachable and compassionate.
Depending on the time put in, travel and other stakeholders involved, expect to pay from $770 - $1500

I’m a multi-passionate and wear a lot of hats but they are all connected by a love story and bringing out the best in people.
Let me clear something for you: Messenger is my real name. I was born with it. I’m a second-generation celebrant, writer, psychic, coach and facilitator.
I studied English, Philosophy and Drama at Melbourne University and have a Masters Degree. I am curious about life and fascinated by the big questions.
I have more than 20 years’ experience as a celebrant and have trained celebrants at Victoria University.
I can’t do things by halves, and you’ll get my full attention.
I’ve officiated at over 900 weddings – and all of them have had their own style and tone. Just like you do. A perfect ceremony is creative, personal and well presented.
I put my heart and expertise into funerals and memorials, and make a challenging day a lot easier. (That’s what my clients say.)

I am sometime lecturer at Victoria University in their Certificate IV in Marriage Celebrancy and Funeral Short Course.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from La Trobe University.
I have a second Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Victorian College of the Arts (Melbourne University). (Performing Arts) and a
Masters Degree from the Victorian College of the Arts in Screenwriting.
